A day wif the Heroes @ RPK ’s 2nd Habeas Corpus hearing, Shah Alam High Court…

What/Where? – RPK’s 2nd Habeas Corpus hearing, 9am at Shah Alam High Court

Details can be found HERE (Malik’s Disquiet) here & here… so delCapo, between limited legal knowledge & fighting to stay awake during various part of the hearing, better not try to elaborate on the proceedings…. just a few comments & some pix tribute.

delCapo can say this though – overall…. our team kicked ass!!!! YEAH!!!!

Azhar Azizan Harun & Malik Imtiaz Sarwar gave everyone a lesson of how to present a case smoothly, comprehensively and most of all, how to make sure the judge does not miss a beat of their arguments…

Especially Malik…. i think all the ladies would agree that this man deserves a hug from each of you….kekekeke

He was indeed, a Hero of d Day…. welldone!!!! excellent job!!

Can’t say the same for the other team though, who just stuck to the “it’s the Home Minister’s goddam right to arrrest whoever, whenever” stance…. quite a shame actually…. delCapo always prefer to watch a good fight…

So from a layman’s point of view…. no fight!! our team kicked the govt’s legal team’s ass….. no doubts about it… substance, delivery, furnace…. all over…

now it’s over to Judge Datuk Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad to make a decision on 07 nov 08…. will he be a rakyat’s hero & let justice prevail!!!! Let’s pray for the force to be wif him…

here’s delCapo’s pix tribute to a day spent with heroes of RPK’s trials. Thank you TEO for the nice pix again…

Sigh, to one day be part of this amazing legal team, that’s my goal!

BTW DC, the govt’s team is so incompetent Most of their paperwork are quite incomplete or wrongly filed, that is why a lot of cases prosecuted by them are struck out merely on technicality. Oh, and they love prosecuting cases that get thrown out by the courts cos they can’t even establish a prima facie case. Talk about wasting the resources of the country. These ppl’s mottos are prosecute first, find evidence later. They should have a refresher course on how the law works.

RPK/Pete is a man of courage who by standing by his principles has stood to bear the burden of and off the shoulders of justice seeking Malasyians and global citizens. He is a hero in many eyes and hearts. Obviously my empathy is with his family but more than that is my admiration for their sacrifices as a family unit in becoming as with other families whose patriarchs are detained without transparent trials. Every day in detention is making him loom larger in the minds of the common folk. RPK, you walk your talk brother. I am so proud than before to be a Malaysian for the likes of you.

There are lawyers and there is a lawyer called Malik Imtiaz Sarwar who actually practices law unlike many others who simply prostitute law. Malik Imtiaz Sarwar you will be remembered by all right thinking Malaysians/and your tutors as a lawyer who practiced law like it should be. Your parents are blessed to have a son like you.

Thanks for the pics, DelCapo bro!

Actually I feel like sh%$ when I think of him saying “Don’t Forget Me”
    …. and I ain’t doing sh%$ about it.
Even the vigils are difficult for me – attended two tho’ …
To make things worse, these goons are increasing the pressure and fighting back with nonsensicalactions thru AlBlur ….

God knows we miss RPK so much …..

Nobody wholeheartedly believed we could boot BN out of the driver’s seat – least of all the would-be defectors who have shown the least courage of all, too afraid of Umno to even reveal their names and make a stand for the national good. And how about the other Royals? Still trapped in their 19th century mindset? Anyway, this would be an extremely difficult time to take over from BN, when so much money is sliding back and forth like slush and so many corporate misdeeds are being covered up… but there can be no doubt that Umno is burnt out and crippled by infighting.
Nothing positive can happen as long as Umno insists on calling the shots – because it’s now the playground of former puppetmasters and Big Money. Poor Malaysia has been sodomized yet again… and the only ones who smell good right now are all residing in Kem Kamunting. Thanks for covering the Oct 22 hearing, delCapo!

Sorry, have not been able to be with you all since the postponement of RPK’s sedition trial in PJ. Not only have I not been in the best of health, my computer had also broken down that I have been totally out of touch with recent developments until today. I’m overjoyed that I get a temporary relief this evening when my daughter-in-law came down with her laptop, evidently noticing that I was getting more and more senile without my daily dose of MT news. Hope to be with you all again on Nov 7, GOD willing !!!

Thanks for your acknowledgement. With HIS Grace, did finally manage to be with you all at the CANDLE-LIGHT vigil at PJ last night. I was thankful that my inability to come ready with a candle stick had not made me to be the odd one out. But, the less than satisfactory turnout of my own kind there did put me in an embarassing situation among those who really want CHANGE. Thank GOD, RPK was not physically there to witness !!!
