The Seremban vigil has been cancelled because the organizer Angela Ooi has not acquired a police permit. She has been told that she needs to go through 2 sessions of interview plus some documentations before her application will be considered. As such, with the advise from RPK, the seremban vigil has been cancelled. If you need the original message from Angela i can forward it to you. My email is kkitsam@yahoo.com
