Proceedings today ended at about 4pm after Chandra informed the court that he would need some time to prepare for further cross-examination of Harme on the technical aspects of this witness’s testimony relating to the workings of the internet.Judge was displeased with the prosecution’s late disclosure of documents to the defence and secured the confirmation of the prosecution that all documents intended for use at the trial have been disclosed.
Upon inquiry by the court, the prosecution confirmed that they would be marshalling up 6 witnesses.
The hearing resumes tomorrow at 9am.

It was a !!!PEOPLE POWER!!! morning…. delCapo counted more than 100 people showed up… mostly in “FREE RPK” Tshirts….
BlogBros were there in force…. Zorro & Haris (of coz) + Queenie, Shanghai Fish, CrankShaft, Nat, Fisherman Gus, CikguBard, the Whisperer, Nanda, Angela, Tengku Vic… & a few delCapo has yet to recognise (excuse my ignorance… pls let me know who i missed out)….
PR leaders were spotted too! – YB Lim Kit Siang, YB Ronnie Liu, “should have been” YB CikguBard…
Local & Foreign press (from Australia’s ABC & France)….
As the trial got on the way…. the proscecution, who was scheduled to have 3 witnesses, only brought 1… a “Harme Mohamed, the deputy director, international affairs, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission”… to be their expert witness on IT & website…… just as well…. the proceedings were slow & fucken boring…. whether on purpose by the proscecution ot just their modus operandi… i dunno.

The moment we sar RPK emerged from the van, the first thoughts were “damn… he has lost so much weight & looks tired”… a few even shed tears at the sight of our hero! Can u imagine how Marina & their children felt????….. goddamit!!!!
In side the court room…. as the slow proceedings commenced…. RPK would occasionally turned to us & give his BIG CHEEKY GRIN…. made all of us feel better!!… yeah yeah… he may be affected physically…. that brain is stick sharp as a razor & he is not broken!!… he’s still THERE! hahahahahaha!!!
